Jessica Pechinis, LMFT
As humans, we all have areas of strength as well as areas for potential growth. Jessica wants to meet you wherever you may be in your current journey and support you in taking steps to where you would like to go. Jessica utilizes a person-centered, integrated therapeutic approach to support you in navigating through challenging times as well as in growing in new ways as you explore and learn more about yourself and your relationships. Jessica wants to tailor therapy to fit your unique needs and draws accordingly on multiple therapeutic approaches.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Jessica works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. While Jessica has worked with diverse presenting concerns, she specializes in working with couples, people navigating trauma, chronic illness, and grief, as well as supporting people through life’s transitions. Jessica believes that therapy is a collaborative process in which a safe and judgment-free space fosters hope and growth. Jessica strives to create a space in which people feel heard, understood, and validated, and in which people become the catalyst for the change(s) they want to create. Jessica has found that out of the depths of difficulty and/or struggle exist the light of hope and resilience. Jessica works with people’s resiliencies and strengths to foster meaningful change.
It is important to appreciate the beauty that exists within oneself, one’s relationships and one’s environment. Jessica works alongside people to identify the beauty that exists within their lives, to enhance communication and feelings of attachment within their relationships, as well as to explore the possibilities and resources for growth.
