In individual sessions, we’ll often use a Person-Centered approach: offering a simple, warm, and optimistic model. For couples, an Emotional Focused Therapy approach: helping each partner lower their defensiveness and increase attachment. In family sessions, we strive to help the family interact better as a cohesive unit.
